Another summer has passsed in a flurry of guests, breakfasts, cleaning and gardening!! and what a great bunch of visitors i have had this season. No 2 broadgate Bed & breakfast is blessed with the good fortune of wonderful guests coming to stay. The weather here in north devon hasnt been that good (as usual) but it hasnt deterred everyone from getting out and about around Barnstaple and the surroundings and having a great summer break.

Well, its been a while since my last update. ...... the weather is not very inspiring down here in North Devon. We are having the most terrible weather and it is very disappointing for our lovely guests. Needless to say a few have cancelled their trips. However on this note i must add that there is still plenty to do down here even if it is raining. Just bring your waterproofs!!! No 2 Broadgate bed and breakfast is still thriving though and we have had some great days amidst the poor. The Attic room has its own ensuite bathroom and its own living room with a 42" plasma screen tv, stocked mini fridge, wifi, and views across the Taw Estaury. The Provencale room has wonderful high ceilings and huge windows also with fantastic views across Barnstaple and the North devon countryside beyond. The Courtyard room has its own individual cozy style.

Half term over and our guests were soo lucky with the weather. No 2 Broadgate bed & breakfast was full of laughter and smiling happy visitors. We are now heading into Spring here in North Devon and the snow drops and crocii are flourishing. There are even daffodils out already and camelias to boot.
We have vacancies in all rooms so why not head down here to Barnstaple and explore all that North Devon has to offer. Winter bed and breakfast in North Devon
Good morning all,
February is now here and the cold weather is upon us BUT the skies are a deep azure blue and the sun is a wonderful mellowing gold with a hint of winter warmth to it. What better time than to take a break and come down to the beautiful rugged north devon coast. For that little bit of luxury and home away from home feel, why not come and stay with us here at No. 2 Broadgate bed and breakfast. The accommodation is peaceful and relaxing, the food is exquisite and the welcome second to none.
Just a few minutes walk into the town centre of Barnstaple and a ten minute drive to the beaches at Saunton, Croyde, Instow and Woolacombe.
